Bloggy business, that is.
I emailed everyone who said they were interested in the Snail Mail Challenge. Jodi, I have no way of contacting you. Please email me.
If you are interested, it isn’t too late! Email the following information to andrearhouse at gmail dot com.
- Name: (we need your actual name for mailing purposes)
- Address:
- Email Address:
- Blog Address:
- Twitter/Facebook, if you choose to share:
- Tell your partner a little bit about yourself. (Age, family information, job, interests, etc.)
Here's how it will work: Email me the above information no later than Wednesday. I will match you up by Friday. I will send you your partner's information, and for the next month, I would like you to send at least one letter/card per week. You can send more but please send at least one item per week. I also encourage you to contact your partner by email and through their blog. There are tons of free greeting card sites out there so why not email them a card to brighten their day?
Remember, the purpose is to uplift and encourage one another! And to make new friends!
While we are on the subject of addresses, can you all please (for the love of pete, PLEASE) make sure your blogger account is linked up to your email address? If you haven’t specified an email for yourself, every time you comment on someone’s blog it goes to their email from a generic “noreplyblogger” email address. That means the person can’t respond to you. If you do link your email, the blogger can email you right back about any questions/comments you have.
(If I contacted you through your blog, it means you are a noreplyblogger.
)
Log on to your blogger account, and go to your blogger dashboard. Click on “Edit Profile” which is right beside your profile picture. Under “Identity” there is a box to enter your email address. Save and you are done!
If you are worried about security, simple create a gmail email address (it is free!) for your blog and then no one will have your personal email. ![]()
Thank you friends! Happy Saturday!

I created a new account specifically for my blog awhile ago and just finally updated my blogger profile with it.
This sounds fun but I'm so busy with school and work that I don't want to commit to sending something out every week. Maybe next time!
I can't wait to get my new buddy assigned!!!
Is it too late to sign up for this?
See what happens when life gets in the way of fun? You miss out on cool things like this!!
What a wonderful idea dear friend!
