MAKEUP
Blush or bronzer? Blush. I love me some pink cheeks.
Lipgloss or lipstick? I prefer lipgloss, and not the sticky kind.
Eyeliner or mascara? Both. But if I had to choose, I’d pick eyeliner. I can’t live without it.
Foundation or concealer? Foundation. There’s no way concealer could give me the coverage I need.
Neutral or colored eye shadow? Neutral. I do love colored shadows, but I feel like I can’t pull off a really bright or dramatic eye.
Pressed or loose eye shadow? Loose shadows are too messy, although they usually do give better color payoff. I mainly used pressed shadows.
Brushes or sponges? Brushes. MAC all the way!
NAILS
OPI or China Glaze? I like them both, but of the two I prefer OPI. I can’t stand Essie. I think it’s streaky.
Long or short? Fingertip length.
Acrylic or natural? I had acrylics in high school and they messed up my nails. I have ton of ridges on my nails now. I would like to try Gelish or Shellac though!
Brights or darks? There is a time for both! I lean towards brights in summer and darks in winter.
Flower or no flower? No flower. Although I do like nail art on other people! I just can’t pull it off myself.
BODY
Perfume or body splash? Neither. I have allergies.
Lotion or body butter? I use Eucerin cream. I do love Bath & Body Works vanilla apricot lotion though!
Body wash or soap? I use body wash most days, but for some reason I feel like I get cleaner with soap. Weird, I know.
LUSH or other bath company? I like the idea behind LUSH, but their products are expensive and heavily scented. I do love BBW for lotions and body washes.
FASHION
Jeans or sweat pants? Sweats for home, jeans for casual work days and weekends, and pants or dresses for work.
Flip flops or sandals? I live in flip flops.
Scarves or hats? I can’t pull off hats. I wish I could!
Studs or dangly earrings? The holes in my ears have actually grown shut. I’m thinking about re-piercing them, but I don’t know if it is worth the bother.
Necklaces or bracelets? Both! I’m very garish in that way.
Heels or flats? I can’t wear heels anymore. I just can’t do it.
Cowboy boots or riding boots? Riding boots. Although I do wish I could find a pair of cowboy boots for wide calves.
Jacket or hoodie? Jacket.
Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe? I can’t wear the clothes in either, but I do love the jewelry from Forever 21.
abercrombie or Hollister? Neither.
Saks 5th Avenue or Nordstrom? Nordstrom! I love Macy’s as well.
HAIR
Curly or straight? I love the ease of wearing my hair curly, but it doesn’t look good. My hair looks best straight.
Bun or ponytail? My hair isn’t long enough for either one.
Bobby pins or butterfly clips? Bobby pins!
Hairspray or hair gel? Do people still use gel? Hairspray. This question brings back memories of using Aussie scrunch gel in middle school.
Long or short? I want to grow my hair out, but it just isn’t happening. Short.
Light or dark? Dark.
Side sweep bangs or full bangs? I’ve tried both!
Up or down? My hair is too short to wear any way but down.
RANDOM
Rain or shine? Rain if I’m inside. Shine if I have to be outside.
Summer or winter? Winter. Bring on the cooler temps!
Fall or spring? Fall.
Chocolate or vanilla? Chocolate.
East or west coast? THE SOUTH!

Joined in. Also check Torrid or Avenue for wide calf cowboy boots. I got a pair of cream ones from Torrid a few years ago and a pair of black short cowboy boots from Torrid also.

I have done Shellac and love it but it's almost as much as acrylic and if you don't take it off properly it can be just as damaging. Natalie just gave me a complete Gelish set for my birthday, now I can do it myself....I love it!
Yes, people really do still use gel! I use it to style my hair and then hairspray to keep it in place.

I can answer those questions in a comment: I don't wear makeup. I paint my nails green for St. Patrick's Day and Black for Halloween; that's about it (whatever kind of polish I can find). I use whatever soap is in the shower and baby lotion if I need it. I pretty much live in jeans, t-shirt, and tennis shoes (if I have to wear shoes). I don't think I own any of those brands. I have a perm so my hair will do something. I pull it back into a ponytail when I clean or exercise, other than that I like to leave it down. It's long. I love the rain! I'll take winter. Definitely fall. Vanilla. And home!
