Wordless AND Works For Me Wednesday

If you haven't already done so, don't forget to leave a comment here to enter my "You've been boo-ed!" giveaway!

Have you guys tried the green bags? Well, I have and I thought I'd share a little review.

These things really do work! I usually have such rotten (haha) luck with fruits and veggies. It seems like they mold or go bad within three days of me buying them. I'm so sick of throwing away money on fresh fruits and veggies, and these bags may be the answer!

I purchased the bags at Target, and you get 20 bags for $9.99. You are supposed to get 10 uses out of each bag... I haven't used them long enough to test that out yet, though, so I'll get back to you with that.

Here's my lone tomato, in its bag for one week. It is still extremely firm! Normally they are wilted or mushy by this point.

Here are my bananas, one week after purchase. Amazing!

Have you tried these? What did you think?

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY:

Look closely... closer. See that beach and outline of a house? Well, that is Mr. Bill Gates's humble abode. He had the sand shipped in just to make a beach where his kids could play. This picture was taken on a tour of Lake Washington, where the multi-million dollar houses and just indescribable!

Hey, I might try the green bags. We buy bananas for Brady and he doesn't eat them fast enough. We usually throw out 1 or 2 a week! I hate that, but you know I hate bananas more than having to throw them out. eeewwww!!! :)

I've always wondered about those green bags. After seeing your results I will have to get some...just for the bananas alone. We love them but they seem to turn brown and spotty in a day. My kids won't touch them when they're spotty. Thanks for the review!
